General conditions of sale

Article 1 – General Provisions

These terms define the rights and obligations between ANGUCA STM and the customer regarding the sale of personalized funeral plaques. By confirming an order, the customer accepts these terms unconditionally. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, including taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Customized products may incur additional charges. The price at the time of the order is the only one applicable, regardless of any future changes.

Article 3 – Orders

Orders are prepared within a maximum of 2 business days. No changes or cancellations are possible once production begins. The customer is responsible for checking all personalization details unless the paid verification option is selected. The final preview constitutes the production proof. Lack of customer response within 2 business days authorizes automatic processing.

Article 4 – Payment

Payments are secure. Orders must be paid in euros via the available payment methods. Order confirmation constitutes contract acceptance.

Article 5 – Customer Files and Personalization

Customers are fully responsible for the content they submit for printing. Any breach of copyright is their sole responsibility. ANGUCA STM reserves the right to make necessary technical adjustments for printing quality.

Article 6 – Stock

Products are available as long as they appear on the site. If an item is unavailable, the customer may receive an equivalent or be refunded within 2 months.

Article 7 – Delivery

Custom plaques are generally produced in 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier. In the case of failed delivery, packages may be redirected to a pickup point. The customer must follow tracking and contact the carrier in case of issues.

Article 8 – Warranty

Products are covered by legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects. Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery and must include a photo and proof of purchase.

Article 9 – Liability

ANGUCA STM is not liable for misuse, personalization errors, or damage caused during delivery unless insurance was contracted. Force majeure exempts the company from liability.

Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall first attempt to be resolved amicably, otherwise jurisdiction lies with the courts of the seller’s location. Mediation is available after prior written contact with the company.

Article 11 – Precontractual Information

The company collects personal data for order management and may retain personalization visuals for warranty purposes. Customers may request deletion of their data, which voids reproduction eligibility. All website elements remain the intellectual property of ANGUCA STM.
